Payment for Goods from Goodcraft can be made via –

  1. debit card;
  2. credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
  3. direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. Goodcraft will not accept your order if payment has not been received;
  4. instant EFT;
  5. online payment gateway such as PayFast.

Goodcraft does not have any gift cards at the moment.

If you have selected the opt-in option to receive marketing communication, Goodcraft will send you newsletters informing you of new products, sales and discounts.

Yes, we deliver nationally to various parts of South Africa. Your products will be delivered to your door, someone needs to be home to sign for the delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on where you’re located in South Africa. This will be communicated to you when your order is processed for delivery.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return your product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account provided that the products you received are:

  • damaged,
  • have a defect or,
  • are not what you ordered.

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours from being placed

We are a South African company based in Johannesburg.

We are exclusively an online store. We do not have a physical store anywhere in South Africa.

We have a collection point in Randburg.  If you wish to collect your order, it can be collected from the Randburg collection point. This, however, is not a store.
